Well some how a whole years whizzed by in a blur . I can only be grateful that it was only one , I suppose . I found rock bottom , but it just wasn't enough , I had to break through , and through , and through ; dicovering lowlier , rockier bottoms . But I'm still here . Life goes on . And I must be learning something surely . If nothing else I now know that rock bottom actually does't help Me... And from here the only way is up .
